About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Blessing Hands Home Care LLC in the Kansas City area. This position is available for full or part time and offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy treatments and interventions
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy exercises and techniques
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
Requirements:
- Valid Kansas or Missouri physical therapy license
- Experience in home care or geriatric physical therapy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
